New Gen Technology provides professional web design, IT solutions, and cloud services. All services are delivered according to project agreements, proposals, or quotes accepted by the client.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its normal operation. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or scraping of content is strictly prohibited.

Payment schedules, deposits, and final balances are defined in your project proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work until payment is received.

6. Refund and Cancellation

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. In general, clients are eligible for a full refund only if the project has not yet started.

7. Limitation of Liability

New Gen Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services or website. Our liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.
