How the Guarantee Works
1. 5% Deposit Covered by Our Guarantee
To begin work on your project, we require a 5% deposit. This deposit is fully covered under our Money-Back Guarantee.
You can request a refund of the 5% deposit at any time during the execution of the project.
1. If you choose to cancel the project while it is still in progress, you will receive your deposit back with no additional charges.
2. Final 95% Payment After Completion
The remaining 95% of the project fee is due:
30 days after the project is completed, and
Both you (the client) and New Gen Technology mutually agree that the project is complete.
Once the project is completed and accepted, there is no money-back guarantee on the final 95% payment.

You may cancel the project at any time before final completion and receive your deposit back.
After mutual acceptance of completion, the project is considered delivered, and the final payment is due.
