Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At New Gen Technology, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver exceptional Web design, IT, and Cloud Services to every client. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• The project has not yet started, and no design or development work has been initiated.

• You submit a written cancellation request via email to info@newgentechnology.ca within seven (7) days of making the payment.

Once a project has entered the development or design stage, refunds will not be issued.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to info@newgentechnology.ca with your project name, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.

2. Our support team will verify your payment and project status.

3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for purchase.

4. Project Cancellation by New Gen Technology

We reserve the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or failure to receive required materials from the client. In such cases, clients will be notified immediately and offered a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The client delays project progress by failing to provide required content, images, or approvals.

• The project scope has changed substantially after payment.

• Services have already been partially or fully delivered.

6. Modification or Rescheduling

If you wish to postpone or modify your project, we can reschedule work without any additional charge (subject to team availability).

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us before filing a dispute. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and professionally.
